YSN GROUP

We take on the work, not just the workers

UAB YSNGROUP is a Lithuanian contractor. We agree a defined scope of work with you, carry it out with our own employees under our own foreman, and handle the posting formalities ourselves.

We are not a temporary work agency and we do not supply labour. That distinction matters to you as much as to us — see below.

How a job runs

  1. You describe the scope. What has to be built or installed, where, to what standard and by when.
  2. We price it and tell you what we can staff. Honestly, including when — not a number designed to win the enquiry.
  3. We sign a contract for the works. Scope, price, deadline and acceptance criteria. Not an hourly supply of people.
  4. Our team travels with our foreman. Day-to-day instructions come from him. You set the scope and the deadline and inspect the result.
  5. We handle the paperwork before anyone starts. Lithuanian employment contracts, A1 certificates from Sodra, Limosa notifications, and a liaison person for the Belgian Labour Inspectorate.

Why we will not supply you workers

Putting workers at your disposal so that you exercise employer authority over them is terbeschikkingstelling. In Belgium that is reserved for licensed temporary work agencies; in Flanders the licence number has to appear on job adverts, contracts and invoices.

Where it happens outside that framework, the consequences do not fall only on the supplier. The contract can be set aside, the worker can be deemed to hold an open-ended Belgian employment contract with the user company, and both parties become jointly liable for pay and social security contributions — from the first day.

The Flemish government draws the line plainly: subcontracting is excluded from the licence requirement precisely because the subcontractor does not hand over authority over its workers. That is the model we work in, and it is the reason our foreman travels with the team.

Where we are now

We are building our first teams for Limburg, in pipework and solar installation. We would rather tell you what we can genuinely staff and when than quote a headcount we cannot deliver. Send us a scope and you will get a straight answer, including "not yet" if that is the honest one.

Trades

Pipework and sanitary installation · solar panel installation · construction and finishing support · cleaning · warehouse and logistics · packing and production.

Where a trade falls under a Belgian joint committee with its own pay scale, we apply that scale. We will tell you which committee we think applies and ask you to confirm it before we price the work.

Enquiry

Tell us about the work rather than the headcount — scope, location, trade and timing. We reply within two working days.

For example BE 0123.456.789. Helps us check the chain-liability position before we quote.

Town or province in Belgium.

What has to be done, roughly how much of it, and to what deadline. A rough description is fine at this stage.
